SHIPPING POLICY

 

How does it work?

  • After your order is confirmed it is packed and shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of you placing the order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking ID.
  • Your order should reach you within 7 working days under normal circumstances.
  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be escalated to the support team customercare@puresense.co.in within 24 hrs of the product received by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

 

How to return a purchased item?

We’re sure you’ll never want to return a Pure Sense product except in an unfortunate event that the product you’ve received is damaged/wrong.  In such a case:

  • Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Simply contact us via email customercare@puresense.co.in with your order number and attach a photo of the invoice & product to be returned.
  • We will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange to ship a freshly packed order to you as we intended the first time.

IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT THAT PRODUCT ANYMORE:

Prepaid orders: We will refund the order value via the payment gateway.

COD orders: We will send you a coupon worth the order value via email which can be used on our website for any other purchase.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

  • Refunds are provided for PREPAID orders only.
  • Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. 
  • Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

How to cancel an order?

  • In case you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped from our warehouse, simply drop an email to customercare@puresense.co.in to let us know and we’ll take care of the rest. 
  • If you’ve pre-paid, we’ll refund the amount to you within 5 business days of us receiving your cancellation request.
